Nothing happens "NOW" but we do start today which is about as "now" as you can get.

1. Think Positive
2. Exercise
I think by starting these two habits today, one can make a lot of positive changes in their lives. However, my #3 is NUTRITION because I don't think you're capable of exercising or thinking positively if your body and mind aren't fueled properly.
